We partnered with a multinational pharmaceutical company to bring an innovative and complex therapy to market globally. After mapping the complete customer journey and operational systems for delivering a dose, we co-created strategies and a service vision.
By working closely with manufacturing, logistics, technology, countries, and brand teams, we designed a first-of-its-kind service to support the delivery of this advanced therapy at scale.
